John Policano specializes in providing financial restructuring advisory services to companies, creditors, equity holders and third-party purchasers. Mr. Policano has extensive experience in both out-of-court and bankruptcy reorganizations.

Mr. Policano's assignments have included business plan evaluation, strategic planning, cash management, cash flow forecasting, cost reduction analysis, systems and management assessment, valuation, liquidation and transaction advisory services including acquisitions and dispositions.

Prior to founding RPA, Mr. Policano was an Executive Director and Member of the Firm at Capstone Advisory Group, a restructuring and turnaround consulting firm, and prior to Capstone, Mr. Policano worked in FTI Consulting's restructuring practice. Mr. Policano began his professional career with Arthur Andersen & Co. where he was a member of the audit practice servicing clients in a variety of industries including automotive, manufacturing, financial and leasing.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Policano holds a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors ("AIRA"). Mr. Policano also serves as a board member of the AIRA.
