Experience
Kevin Boland specializes in providing financial and turnaround advisory services to companies and creditors and has advised on cash flow and liquidity analysis, enterprise valuation, strategic and business analysis, and investment analysis.
Prior to joining RPA, Mr. Boland served as acting Finance Manager of GKN North America Services, following a hostile takeover of parent GKN, a tier 1 automotive and aerospace supplier. In this role, Mr. Boland was responsible for a $140 million cash pool, shared-services intercompany accounting, and reporting duties. Prior to this role, Mr. Boland completed GKN Automotive’s development program which included roles on commercial, financial, and operational teams.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Boland holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Analytics and Strategy from the University of Notre Dame, and a B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
