Todd Sell specializes in providing financial restructuring and advisory services to companies and creditors in distressed situations. Over the past 12 years, Mr. Sell has advised various stakeholders in both bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. During these engagements, Mr. Sell has gained experience across a variety of industries.

Mr. Sell’s Creditor side experience includes: evaluating financial and restructuring strategies, business plan and financial projection evaluation, on-going financial monitoring, covenant development and negotiation, liquidity management and forecasting, cost reduction analysis, systems and management assessment, collateral assessment, valuations, acquisitions, dispositions and liquidations.

Mr. Sell’s Company side experience includes liquidity management and forecasting, bankruptcy preparation and supply chain management.

Prior to joining RPA, Mr. Sell was with Capstone Advisory Group in its Restructuring practice. Prior to that, he served in a similar capacity at both FTI Consulting and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Sell holds a BS with a concentration in Economics from Hamilton College. In 2002, Mr. Sell earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
