Bob Clarren specializes in financial and turnaround advisory services to companies and creditors and has advised on cash flow and liquidity analysis, enterprise valuation, litigation support, strategic and business analysis, investment analysis and mergers & acquisitions.

Prior to joining RPA, Mr. Clarren was a key player in the ethanol and renewables corporate development team at GTL Resources that was sold to CHS Inc where he was responsible for the startup, operations, personnel management and testing activities of a 50 ton per day multi-site process technology demonstration program. Mr. Clarren was also responsible for the Company’s diligence efforts related to licensing, joint venture, and M&A activities and significantly contributed to ethanol, distillers grains, corn oil, corn, and natural gas commodities risk management / trading and capital project development & execution activities, including the development of a combined heat and power island and corn oil separation system.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Clarren holds a Masters in Engineering Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry and Economics from the University of Michigan.
