Dr. Ginger Campbell specializes in clinical and organization-wide acute care hospital operational enhancements spanning strategic transformation, financial and quality improvements. With a keenly focused and collaborative style, she works with clients to optimize quality-driven processes and outcomes and provides advisory services to organizations focused on hardwiring compliance with accreditation, State and Federal regulatory standards. A key skill is her ability to work with clients to enhance their financial margins while maintaining clinically sound best practices in delivering safe quality care. As a trusted advisor, she supports the development and execution of strategies, relationships and organizational structures that enhance relationships and accountabilities that result in favorable patient-centric decisions and outcomes.

Dr. Campbell has served as a change agent, executive consultant and, regulatory and quality advisor for over 25 years. She has held various hospital roles including CEO, COO, CNO and, has been a member of a 1000-bed medical center Board of Trustees. She works with clients to accomplish organizational redesign and service-line restructuring goals.

Dr. Campbell has been engaged in several healthcare turnarounds and margin improvement projects requiring various targeted and/or broader performance improvements spanning complex and diverse organizational transformations.

Prior to joining RPA Advisors, Healthcare Practice, Dr. Campbell was a Partner at Navigant/Guidehouse Consulting, a performance improvement consulting firm. Dr. Campbell has dedicated her career in serving organizations to optimize their clinical, operational, financial, and quality performance. She has also developed high-performing leaders who embrace accountability and role model engagement skills with their teams’ as key drivers in exceeding performance goals.

Education and Affiliations

Dr. Campbell holds a Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Nursing from the University of Florida and PhD in Healthcare Administration from Walden University. She also completed Harvard School of Business. Executive Leadership program. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
