Chris Walker

Chris Walker specializes in financial and turnaround advisory services for both companies and creditors, and has consulted on business plan analysis, debt capacity, enterprise valuation, cash flow and liquidity analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring. Mr. Walker has also performed litigation support services including drafting of expert reports, analysis of fraudulent transactions and avoidance actions, and analysis of events.

Prior to joining RPA Advisors, Mr. Walker was a Director at Capstone Advisory Group, a restructuring and turnaround consulting firm. Prior to joining Capstone, Mr. Walker held various positions in the financial services industry with Morgan Stanley, Prudential Securities, and Prudential Volpe Technology Group.

Mr. Walker received his Master’s of Business Administration in Finance and General Management from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University, and his Bachelor of Arts in History from Colgate University. He is a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (“AIRA”), and he is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (“CIRA”).
