Alexa Kleinschmidt specializes in providing financial and turnaround advisory services to companies and creditors. She has a strong background in financial modeling, assessing the accuracy of financial statements and information, disbursement and liquidity review, and financial analysis.
Before joining RPA Advisors, she worked as a business development consultant for the U.S Agency for International Development and taught in Germany on a Fulbright Grant. Additionally, Alexa has done significant research in the energy industry, specifically on renewable and green energy as well as oil and gas.
Ms. Kleinschmidt holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Geology and German from Boston College. She is a member of the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors.
