Ned Kleinschmidt Jr.

Ned Kleinschmidt Jr. specializes in providing financial and turnaround advisory services to companies and creditors. He has a strong background in assessing the accuracy of financial statements and information, liability assessment and administration, disbursement and liquidity review and management, compensation assessment, and financial analysis.

Before joining RPA Advisors, he worked as an auditor at PwC and Deloitte & Touche, where he focused on the investment management and real estate industries.  He also worked at Danone North America as a trade accountant. Additionally, Ned has done significant research in the energy industry, specifically on renewable and green energy as well as oil and gas.

Mr. Kleinschmidt holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting, Advisory, and Taxation, both from Fordham University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors, and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
