Patrick Geekie

Patrick Geekie is a Managing Director at RPA, specializing in providing financial and turnaround advisory services to companies and creditors. He also has extensive experience advising on cash flow and liquidity analysis, enterprise valuation, strategic and business analysis, investment analysis, and mergers and acquisitions. His deal experience includes more than twenty assignments in the oil and gas industries totaling over $25 billion in either sole financial advisory, or left lead financing capacities.

Prior to joining RPA, Mr. Geekie worked in the energy investment banking groups at UBS and Credit Suisse, where he also worked in the equity research group on the industrials platform covering transportation stocks. Additionally, Mr. Geekie worked as a high yield research analyst in a generalist capacity for Gulf Stream Asset Management, a $3.7 billion collateralized loan obligation fund manager, and as a corporate and investment banking analyst at KeyBank.

Mr. Geekie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond with concentrations in Economics and Finance, and a Master’s of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas-Austin. Mr. Geekie also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
