David Quackenbush is an Executive Director at RPA, with over twenty-five years of experience in corporate finance, distressed situations, and bankruptcy matters. He specializes in providing financial and turnaround advisory services to lenders, creditors, and distressed companies, and has held senior management positions in companies reorganizing in and out of bankruptcy.

Mr. Quackenbush served as Interim CEO of a Texas based energy producer and Interim CFO of TexGen Power. He has also served as Chief Restructuring Officer of several companies. His advisory assignments have included strategic planning, debt restructuring, cash flow forecasting and analysis, business plan development and evaluation, creditor negotiations, forensic analysis, asset sales, and operations winddown.

Prior to joining RPA Advisors, Mr. Quackenbush was an Executive Director at Capstone Advisory Group and a partner at CCV Restructuring, LLC, a boutique financial advisory firm. Prior to co-founding CCV, he was a managing director at the Policano & Manzo legacy practice of FTI Consulting. Prior to joining Policano & Manzo, Mr. Quackenbush held senior financial management positions with Maidenform and SLM during their successful Chapter 11 reorganizations.

Mr. Quackenbush holds a BS in Civil Engineering and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University, and an MBA in Finance from Duke University.
