Jeffrey Schwendeman

Jeff Schwendeman specializes in financial and turnaround services for both companies and creditors. Mr. Schwendeman has substantial experience in the restructuring and workout of distressed companies in both out-of-court and bankruptcy settings.

Mr. Schwendeman has over twenty years of experience in distressed business consulting in the areas of strategic planning, business plan analysis, cash flow and liquidity analysis, business viability analysis, debt restructuring, business valuation, litigation support, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining RPA Advisors, Mr. Schwendeman was a Senior Manager at Deloitte CRG, Deloitte’s restructuring and turnaround consulting group, as well as Deloitte’s Forensic and Dispute Services Group. Prior to joining Deloitte, he worked for other restructuring and turnaround consulting firms, including Scouler & Company, Capstone Advisory Group, FTI Consulting, and Policano & Manzo. Prior to joining Policano & Manzo, Mr. Schwendeman was the Controller for Insight Magazine.

Mr. Schwendeman holds a BS in Accounting/Economics from Marietta College and a Master’s of Business Administration (“MBA”) from Regis University. Mr. Schwendeman is a CPA, and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”). He also holds the Accreditation in Business Valuation (“ABV”), from the AICPA. Mr. Schwendeman is a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, the Turnaround Management Association, and has been qualified as a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
