Barry Kesler

Barry Kesler is an Executive Director at RPA, specializing in financial and turnaround advisory services for both companies and creditors and has consulted on strategic planning, business plan analysis, cash management, business viability analysis, debt restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Kesler currently serves as a board member of Tuscany Oilfield Holdings, a drilling and oilfield services company based in Bogota, Colombia. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Bighorn Permian Resources (formerly Sable Permian Resources), an E&P operator with producing assets in the Permian region.

Prior to joining RPA Advisors, Mr. Kesler was a consultant at Capstone Advisory Group, a restructuring and turnaround consulting firm. Mr. Kesler also worked as an internal auditor, and financial analyst in the corporate planning group for NVR Inc., a publicly-traded national homebuilder. Prior to which, Mr. Kesler worked for Deloitte & Touche in their Washington, D.C. office, where he worked on public utility, telecommunication, financial services, and information technology consulting cases.

Mr. Kesler holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Richmond, and a Master’s of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at University of Virginia. Mr. Kesler is a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors(“AIRA”).
