Dan Brandt

Dan Brandt is an Executive Director at RPA with over 25 years of consulting and turnaround experience in complex and challenging situations.  He has advised lender groups and companies in various restructuring situations and bankruptcy matters.  His consulting experience includes liquidity management and forecasting, 363 buy side diligence, business plan development, strategic alternative analysis, operational improvements and complex negotiations.

In addition to his restructuring experience, Dan was the CFO and EVP for Risk Management for a leading construction loan lender and permanent loan seller/servicer and equity investor in multi family housing.

Prior to joining RPA, Dan was an Executive Director in EY’s restructuring practice and Member of Capstone Advisory Group (which was former FTI and Policano & Manzo).

Dan graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.  He has been qualified as a Certified Public Accountant.
