Andy Hoffman specializes in providing financial restructuring advisory services to companies and creditors. In his career he has consulted on business plan analysis, liquidity forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise valuation, and restructuring.
Prior to joining RPA Advisors, Mr. Hoffman was a Managing Director at CIBC Bank in the Asset-Based Lending division. While at CIBC, Mr. Hoffman oversaw the structuring, negotiation, and execution of various financings in industries such as food, manufacturing, building materials, logistics, and automotive. Prior to this role, Mr. Hoffman was a consultant at Andrews Advisory Group, a boutique financial restructuring firm focused on distressed creditor and debtor advisory. Mr. Hoffman began his career as a Credit Analyst at The PrivateBank.
Mr. Hoffman holds a Master’s of Business Administration (“MBA”) from DePaul University, and a BS in Finance from Miami University. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
