Kevin Pleines

Kevin Pleines specializes in providing financial restructuring advisory services to companies and creditors. His experience includes business plan evaluation, strategic planning, cash management, cash flow forecasting, cost reduction analysis, valuation, liquidation, business wind-down, and transaction advisory services.

With over a decade of investing across multiple sectors, Mr. Pleines has built up a deep understanding of the fundamental substance of companies and what drives value for stakeholders.

Prior to joining RPA Advisors, Mr. Pleines was a Vice President and research analyst at Lazard where he was responsible for coverage of the US real estate and media sectors for the firm’s US and global equity strategies. Prior to his sector focus, Mr. Pleines was a generalist analyst on a global, value-oriented strategy. Mr. Pleines began his career as a research analyst at Birinyi Associates.

Mr. Pleines holds a B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA).
