Corey Gallagher

Corey Gallagher is a Managing Director at RPA, specializing in financial and turnaround advisory services for both companies and creditors, and has consulted on cash flow and liquidity analyses, enterprise valuation, bankruptcy planning and liquidation, and mergers and acquisitions. His restructuring includes assignments in the manufacturing, metals, mining, and energy industries.

Prior to joining RPA, Mr. Gallagher was a financial analyst for Chrysler, and previously worked as an internal auditor for NVR Inc., a publicly-traded national home builder.

Mr. Gallagher holds a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Accounting from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, and a B.S. in Finance and Management from Virginia Tech.
