Ravin Pereira

Ravin Pereira specializes in providing financial restructuring advisory services to companies and creditors. Mr. Pereira has extensive experience in both out-of-court and bankruptcy reorganizations.

Mr. Pereira’s assignments have included business plan evaluation, strategic alternative analysis, cash management and cash flow forecasting, cost reduction analysis, valuation, liquidation analysis, business wind-down, and other transaction advisory services.

Prior to joining RPA Advisors, Mr. Pereira was a Vice President at Deloitte Corporate Restructuring Group (DCRG), a restructuring and turnaround consulting group within the Deloitte Transaction and Business Analytics practice. Before joining Deloitte, Mr. Pereira was in-charge of turning around his family business in the heavy engineering and construction space for oil and gas refineries, power plants, and fertilizer plants.

Mr. Pereira received his Master’s in Finance (“MBA”) from Lehigh University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pune. He is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and the New York Society of Securities Analyst (NYSSA).
