Sean Sneeden specializes in providing financial and turnaround advisory services to companies and creditors and has advised on cash flow and liquidity analysis, enterprise valuation, strategic and business analysis, investment analysis and mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to joining RPA Advisors, Mr. Sneeden was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities where he was the firm’s senior leveraged finance research analyst covering energy, chemicals, power and utilities, and infrastructure companies. While at Guggenheim, Mr. Sneeden helped lead several private financings including a first-of-its-kind ABS transaction for an E&P company. Mr. Sneeden also worked at Oppenheimer & Co. where he was a Managing Director and senior high yield research analyst focused on energy, power and utilities, infrastructure, and chemicals. Prior to Oppenheimer, he worked at Bear Stearns focusing on ABS, and he began his career at BB&T Capital Markets. Mr. Sneeden also served as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve Component for 10 years.
Mr. Sneeden holds a B.A. in Economics with a Mathematics minor from the University of Richmond.
