- Unwind or establish hedging positions for the business in order to mitigate exposure and enhance revenue certainty
- Undertake initiatives to establish credit lines to support hedging needs and continuing operations
Transition Management
- Conduct competitive request for proposals to procure key services critical to business continuity
- Establish or reorganize business operations, address human resource needs, install accounting, treasury and operating IT systems and processes to manage and track business performance
- Negotiate transition service arrangements with existing employees and contractors to ensure continuity of operations
- Employ a dedicated accounting and treasury management team to restore liquidity visibility, establish cash controls and track performance
